- Development and presentation of concept design, including sketches, plans, mood boards and samples.
- Scheme level drawings, including plans, sections and elevations suitable for budget pricing.
- Pricing schedules.
- Assistance in co-ordinating other consultants such as architects, structural engineers or planning consultants.
- Detailing of any custom made furniture, built in joinery, bathrooms and kitchens
- Item by item specification of fixtures, fittings and equipment accompanied by illustrations and material swatches of each item as appropriate.
- Ordering furniture, carpets, curtains, blinds, artwork, soft furnishings, kitchens and bathroom sanitary ware.
- Site visits and liaising with builders to ensure the design is being delivered to the agreed specification.
- Overseeing installation of soft furnishings and checking deliveries.
- Ongoing contact with client for upgrading and refurbishment of interiors and furnishings.
